Acceptable Materials

Rosby Resource Recycling, Inc. C&DD Facility accepts readily identifiable construction and demolition debris resulting from the alteration, construction, destruction, rehabilitation, or repair of any manmade physical structure, including, without limitation, houses, buildings, industrial or commercial facilities, or roadways, such as brick, concrete and other masonry materials, stone, glass, wall coverings, plaster, drywall, framing and finishing lumber, asphalt shingle type roofing materials, plumbing fixtures, heating equipment, electrical wiring and components containing no hazardous fluids or refrigerants, insulation, asphaltic substances, metals incidental to any of the above.

Non-Acceptable Materials

Rosby Resource Recycling, Inc. C&DD Facility does NOT accept:

Furniture, bedding, Municipal Solid Waste, Industrial Solid Waste, Street Sweepings, Sludge, Semi Solids, Auto Parts, Asbestos Containing Materials, Tires, and Large Appliances.

Yard Waste including stumps, brush, leaves, grass clippings, sod, topsoil, soils.

Commercial Roofing Assemblies including membrane type roofing on rigid insulation board, ballasted roofs, built up roofing, and tar type roofs or the individual components of commercial roofing systems such as, foam type insulation board scraps or tear offs.

Carpeting including wall to wall carpet, padding, carpet tiles, area rugs, and walk off matts.

Loading & Un-Loading

Rosby Resource Recycling, Inc. facility does not accept responsibility for damage to person or property when a scrape-out or pull-out is requested or when loading soil, mulch, compost, or any other material onto your vehicle. Customer vehicles delivering acceptable materials to the Rosby Resource Recycling, Inc. C&DD Facility will have each load being delivered weighed over the truck scale. Customer vehicles will be measured to determine the volume of the truck or trailer bed. Volume is calculated by the Cubic Yard. Vehicles, trucks and/or trailers will be measured upon the first visit to the RRR site and from time to time thereafter. The volume of each vehicle, by license plate number, will be kept on file.
